I’ve developed an approach to simplify both assessing and developing high potential talent. This has taken the form of taking the principles of a “Boot Camp” and applying them in a way that gives a win / win out come to both the organisation and the individuals who participate. Talent Boot Camp is an intensive, and rigorous forms of development. intended to both develop and assess the youth ability for future strategic requirements of the entertainment business.
